Our products are made to order, by hand. Please allow up to two business days for processing (Please allow an additional business day for processing due to high order volume and logistics delays impacted directly by COVID-19).

Additional processing time may be required based on inventory availability.

Shipping is 3 to 7 business days from the date the order was placed.

Packages are shipped in the order they are placed based on availability.

Cultured Customs is not responsible for courier shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. We do not compensate for delivery delays.

Quoted delivery days displayed at checkout are estimated transit times after your order has been shipped.
